LOST ON KYTHERA

When archaeologist Nancy Filodoxopoulos pokes around the island’s ruins in search of Aphrodite’s famous lost temple, Kythera proves to be an island on which you can never be sure what you’re going to find.

And the goddess Aphrodite and her assistant Hymeros make sure of it, using every divine trick in the book to to keep the sacred temple invisible. But are they any match for the power of human curiosity?

Meanwhile young lovers Louie and Maria visit the island for a romantic getaway, get stranded in a village labyrinth in which all paths lead back to the same place. Is the village’s sole ancient inhabitant really helping them or leading them further into an eternal trap? And does she even really exist?

Lost on Kythera is a quirky comedy in which mythology, ancient history, and the sometimes paranormal present are never distinct, but always entertaining.
