Multi-film passes are for separate, preselected sessions for one person. All films must be chosen in advance, to different films and at the time of purchase.

*Eligible Concessions: Full-time Students (photo ID required), Senior
Citizens, Health Care Card holders, Pensioners, Palace Movie Club members.

GROUP BOOKINGS (10 people or more)

Groups of 10 or more people will be admitted at the special price of $9.00 per person for all sessions excepting Saturday evenings after 6:00pm and Opening Night.

COMMENCEMENT TIMES and DOOR SALES

All festival films will commence at the advertised starting time – please be prompt to avoid disappointment. Doors to the cinemas will open 15 minutes prior to the opening times. We anticipate that door sales will be available for most Festival sessions, except the opening night film ‘Brides’, however this cannot be guaranteed. Patrons are urged to purchase their tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.

FESTIVAL CONDITIONS

Film Classifications - All festival films are restricted to persons 18 years of age and over, unless specified. This relates not necessarily to the content of the films, but to the legal requirements of holding the festival, as set by the Office of Film and Literature Classification.

Festival tickets, once acquired, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded. Seating is not reserved.

Palace Cinema complimentary passes, movie dollar vouchers, gift certificates and all other complimentary passes (excluding official festival branded complimentary tickets) are not valid for festival screenings.

Palace Movie Club (or other concession cards) must be shown at time of ticket purchase / collection to receive the applicable discounted rate, otherwise full rate will be charged.

All non-English speaking films have English subtitles.

Dates, times and programs are correct at the time of publication, but may need to be altered. We therefore reluctantly reserve the right to withdraw, change and replace programs without notice.
 

Classification

As such, no exceptions will be made.
